A tankard‑style English bone china mug featuring a lively ring of running pheasants.
 
Handmade in Stoke‑on‑Trent and decorated by hand in our Shropshire studio, each mug showcases a charming procession of pheasants running around the base, with a single pheasant hidden on the inside for a delightful finishing touch. To complete the design, we hand‑paint a black band around the rim and a matching flash on the handle.
 
After decorating, each mug is returned to the kiln for a final firing. This permanently fixes the artwork into the glaze, giving the mug its lasting durability and making it fully microwave and dishwasher safe.
